King Kong Tournaments Super Sunday!
I can’t believe we are doing this, but we are going to have 3 tournaments this Sunday, 10a at Ezell!

Men’s 3.0
We have 8 teams signed up and it will be a total of 7 round robin games where every team will face each other once. The medalists will be determined by Wins, then Total Points, and then Points Differential. Games will be to 11, win by 1. For the fans, these games will be played on courts 3, 5, 6, and 9.
Women’s Singles
We have 5 women signed up and it will be a total of 5 round robin games where every team will face each other once. One player will have a bye during each round. Your games will be spaced out as you will be playing on one court (number 4) for this event. The medalists will be determined by Wins, then Total Points, and then Points Differential. Games will be to 11, win by 1. As noted before, for the fans, the women will be playing on court 4.
Men’s Singles
We have 16 men signed up and we will have several rounds of games.
- Games will be played on 4 courts (numbers 1, 2, 7, and 8)
- 4 Players will be randomly assigned to each of the 4 courts for the first round
- Each player will play each other once in 3 round robin games
- Top 2 players on each court will progress to the semis
- Games to 11, win by 1
- Semis will assign the top 4 of the front and the front 4 of the back for 3 more round robin games
- Top 2 from the front and top 2 from the back will meet for the finals
- Games to 11, win by 1
- Finals will be 2 more games
- 1 v 4 and 2 v 3
- Winners of 1 v 4 and 2 v 3 meet for Gold and Silver
- Losers of 1 v 3 and 2 v 3 meet for Bronze Games to 11, win by 2
The men’s games will initially be on courts 1,2,7, and 8. As courts become free, we may use other courts.
Someone bring the popcorn and peanuts because it’s going to be some kind of spectacle!
