All I can say is, “Wow!” Truly some incredible play at the Women’s Doubles Combined 7.5 Ratings Tournament.
Kongrats to Lori Mueller and Kim Buffington for going undefeated the whole way and taking home the Gold! Silver goes to Diane Tortorice and Lisa Farrell and Bronze to Melinda Mazo and Meta Smith. Honorable mention goes to Melissa Six-Westerfeld and Lisa Graham. Well played, ladies!
Next Sunday, Aug 13, will be open play and then we return on Sunday, Aug 20, for the Men’s Double Combined 7.5 Rating Tournament. You won’t want to miss that! Signups for that event will go live around Wed, Aug 9 (give me a little leeway as I’ll be traveling).
