Good and Bad News for this Sunday

Good and bad news.

First, the bad: we couldn’t muster enough teams to play in the Mixed Doubles Age 65 and Older this weekend so that event is cancelled.

But here’s the good news: we’ll be having the Gold-Silver Match with Jason Hedden and Douglas McClintock to face Jim Bruton and Gary Chalmers in a best 2 out of 3 games for the Gold for the Men’s Doubles Age 64 and Younger.

Come on out this Sunday, August 11, 10a at Ezell to watch the thrilling end of this contest!

The Bronze game is being planned for after August 18 as one of the teams isn’t available before then.

And, yes, I plan to live stream it on the YT channel:

    1. Currently, yes, if you are older than a specified age range for a tournament, you may play in that younger age group but not the other way around. It may change in the Fall-Winter season as we have more participants and I may ask everyone to stay in their lanes.
