Organized by Johnny Kong

Veterans! This one is for you and it’s to benefit the Honor Flights!

Each branch of the military (Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force) will form platoons of at least 10-12 players. From these platoons, you will form 2 squads of 4 players consisting of 2 women and 2 men. (Spouses are eligible!)

The lineup for each squad will consist of a women’s doubles team, a men’s doubles team, and 2 mixed doubles team.

Away team submits their lineup to home team and home team will get to react to their opponent’s lineup.

Each squad will play a match consisting of a women’s doubles, men’s doubles and 2 mixed doubles games.

In the event of a tie, a tie-breaker mixed doubles game will be played, with the away team submitting their pair first and the home team responding.

Teams will play 2 sets of matches with each of their squads each Sunday. You will play your opponents twice over the course of the month.

Who’s In!?!

Villages Honor Flight is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to transporting United States military veterans to Washington DC to see their memorials, at no cost to the veterans. Our current focus is on veterans age 75 and over as well as veterans with a terminal illness. There are no paid employees within Villages Honor Flight, we are all volunteers. Our funding comes primarily from donations and fundraising activities such as this. It costs us $600 per veteran and $100,000 per Mission, so every dollar raised is important and very much appreciated. For more information, visit villageshonorflight.org or Like us on Facebook.

Thank you for supporting Villages Honor Flight.
