Sometimes, you have to just go with the flow. In a departure from my norm, we will be playing all 16 teams rather than 15 with 1 sitting it out at this weekend’s King Kong Tournaments Mixed Base Doubles.
We’ll do 7 round robin games in 2 brackets of 8. As usual, the top finishers will be determined by Wins, Head-to-Head Wins in each bracket, Total Points, and Points Differential.
As for the playoffs, we’ll make a decision on court if we go with the top 2 teams in each bracket (winners playing 9 total games) or if we go with the #1 teams play for the Gold, #2’s play for Silver, and #3’s the Bronze (total of 8 games for the medalists).
